I bought a Jeep Wagoneer to rally our team

Jeremy Wells, Flyover Developments / The Ozarker Lodge

Could buying a vehicle make a statement about the culture you're creating?

Jeremy Wells thinks so.

He's the Managing Partner at Longitude° and Flyover Developments, a hospitality development and investment group, through which he’s preparing to open his new hotel - The Ozarker Lodge - in Branson, Missouri this summer.

As part of their brand development process, his team went through an exercise of deciding which vehicle best represented the brand they were creating.

As you might guess for the title, they landed on a vintage Jeep Wagoneer:

I ended up purchasing a Wagoneer. Do I need it? Probably not. Should we have it? I think so. It reflected our guiding principle of doing everything really well and never skimping on things that make it feel special.
