David Eisen nailed it in his prediction people would be "cautiously optimistic” - again. Here on the opening day, brand CEOs say the future has never been brighter. Owners are a bit less sunny, but optimistic as well.

But you don’t read Hospitality Daily for forecasts - you read it for insights you can use to better serve the people around you and reach your goals. So tomorrow I’ll publish a special edition of this newsletter to share what I heard to help you do that.

Today, we’re looking at:

  • Investment: Mastering The Game of Hotel Investment, Design & Branding

  • Investment: Hotels Are Increasingly a Preferred Asset Class for Active Investors

  • Marketing: Unlocking the Power of Storytelling in Hospitality

  • Culture: Hotel Cultural Managers Add Diversity and Community Engagement
